A little late but here is the recap of our week of VBS. It was a fantastic week! A great opportunity to solidify our friendships and drive home the message that no matter what...

, 1881-1963. During WWII he saved many lives of people who were in danger.

Bible Story: Martha worries and complains. (Luke 10:38-42)

Eye of the Storm
When you struggle…Jesus rescues!
Bible Story: Jesus’ friends try to rescue him in the garden of Gethsemane. (Luke 22:39-54; Matthew26:36-56)
Key Verse: “Be still and know that I am God!” (Psalm 46:10)
, 480-547. He wrote a set of rules for monks that showed them how to live good and peaceful lives. They are still used today.

, 1858-1955. One of the few saints from the US. She spent her life serving the poor and working with Native American communities.

Bible Story: Peter and John heal a lame man in Jesus’ name. (Acts 3:1-26)

St. Teresa of Calcutta
, 1910-1997. She answered God's call and spent the rest of her life living with and serving poor people in India, just as God had instructed her.
